The real estate investor bought industrial units and homes in the Toronto market often for less than half of what they were worth at the peak. Now he's once again on the hunt. "This is an unprecedented time in the market; we have never seen anything like this before," says Schwartz, who runs a substantial Toronto-based perfume distribution business, and has invested his profits in his passion for real estate. "What we are seeing here is a huge opportunity. I think this will be a lot of fun." |
